What's different about Cyclaire?

Cyclaire pumps were developed because some of the existing alternatives just aren't up to the job.

Cyclaire Bicycle Pumps use the pull cord to move more air per stroke than any mini–pump, and pump more easily to your desired pressure. If you’re fed up with traditional bike pumps, the Cyclaire is just what you need. No bending over, just stand up straight and pull the handle until the gauge shows the right pressure. They’re available with or without carry case to attach to the bike.

Electric pumps for larger products are a great idea, but most have weak motors and are therefore slower than you'd expect. The Cyclaire Inflator uses the same type of fan found in electric pumps, but because it's powered by pull-cord it fills airbeds quicker than most electric pumps. It doesn't carry the added weight of a motor or battery, so it's ideal to take camping or to the beach. Use it for air beds, paddling pools, beach balls and all novelty inflatables.
